Head Lice
Do not wash or wet the hair with water prior to treatment. Soak hair thoroughly with BUZZ! 4 bugs HEAD LICE BUSTER. Avoid contact with eyes. The hair should be thoroughly treated to a wet condition with HEAD LICE BUSTER. Have the child cover the eyes with a dry wash cloth to avoid eye contact with solution. Be certain there is total saturation of all hair and scalp areas. Hand apply a very small amount to the brows. Flush eyes with plenty of water if there is eye contact.
Sixty seconds is all it takes for 100% mortality of the lice. A post treatment time with a non-porous shower cap (or swim cap) is a prudent protocol. Place shower cap on the head for about 2 hours to insure the demise of the lice and allow the solution time to dissolve the glue attaching the nit to the hair stem. Next: Remove the shower cap. Use a nit (head lice egg) comb to remove dead lice and nymphs remaining in the hair as well as nits. Many flea combs made for cats and dogs are also effective. Shampoo hair thoroughly. The use of a small amount of BUZZ! 4 bugs HEAD LICE BUSTER for a few days thereafter can prevent future recurrence.* Follow above instructions if repeat treatments are needed. Spray bedding and other areas as directed below. HEAD LICE BUSTER should not stain clothing.

Body and Pubic Lice
Spray affected areas of the body and clothing several times [4 or 5 times] over 24 hours, thoroughly wetting the affected body area. Bathe after 24 hours. Repeat protocol if needed. Spray bedding and other areas as directed below. HEAD LICE BUSTER will not stain clothing.
Scabies Mites
Liberally spray (soak) the affected area with BUZZ! 4 bugs HEAD LICE BUSTER on a daily basis [3-4 times the first day]. If in doubt about the affected area, spray the entire body including hair. Keep spray away from the eyes. And, yes, spray your body with your clothing off. HEAD LICE BUSTER soothes the skin and goes to work immediately. Repeated liberal applications once daily for 6-10 days should complete the mites' demise.
The BUZZ! 4 bugs’ solution penetrates deep into the hot spot or troubled area killing the Scabies mite. Follow up treatments over the first few days are important to avoid a re-occurrence. You will see an immediate improvement in the condition. Continue the treatment daily until you observe and feel that the situation is resolved completely.
The Scabies mite cannot live more than 3 days without a human host [24-36 hours under most conditions], but it can survive up to a month when living on a human. The mite also lays eggs in human skin, which hatch and grow into adult mites. So, it is important to spray the body liberally to kill the mites and also get at the eggs that reside under the skin.

Treating The Premises
Head lice do not survive long if they fall off a person and cannot feed. You may not need to invest a lot of time or money on housecleaning activities. Follow these steps to help avoid re–infestation by lice that have recently fallen off the hair or crawled onto clothing or furniture. 1.) Machine wash and dry clothing, bed linens, and other items that the infested person wore or used during the 2 days before treatment using the hot water (130°F) laundry cycle and the high heat drying cycle. Clothing and items that are not washable can be dry–cleaned or sealed in a plastic bag and stored for 2 weeks. 2.) Soak combs and brushes in hot water (at least 130°F) for 5–10 minutes. 3.) Spray HEAD LICE BUSTER onto the floor and furniture, particularly where the infested person sat or lay, then vacuum.
Note: The risk of getting infested by a louse that has fallen onto a rug or carpet or furniture is very small. Head lice survive less than 1–2 days if they fall off a person and cannot feed; nits cannot hatch and usually die within a week (if) they are not kept at the same temperature as that found close to the human scalp. Spending much time and money on housecleaning activities is not necessary to avoid reinfestation by lice or nits that may have fallen off the head or crawled onto furniture or clothing. For best results, spray HEAD LICE BUSTER onto pillow, mattress, box spring, headboard, clothing, bedding and other areas exposed to lice. HEAD LICE BUSTER should not stain clothing.
