How Does it Work?
BUZZ! 4 bugs Biting Bug Spray is a safe and effective insect neutralizer and repellent which combines the active ingredient of organic Texas cedarwood oil with an inert 4A GRAS list Hydrated Silica carrier [typically used in skin cream formulations and personal care products]. Working in concert, these ingredients provide instant demise to head lice, fleas, ticks, mites, bed bugs and other non-beneficial insects.
Biting Bug Spray is not considered a nerve agent but a pheromone interruption provocateur. The formula causes an immediate, systemic metabolic reaction that triggers a suffocation response in the target insect.* Simply put, the aroma triggers the closing of the insect’s breathing pores resulting in a temperature drop that promotes its immediate demise.* Mortality rates are 100%.* For control of parasites such as fleas, ticks, head lice, mites and bed bugs, death is the paramount objective as the reproduction levels are often beyond comprehension and overwhelm the control endeavor. The formula also dissolves the exoskeleton of the eggs and larvae preventing the next cycle of pests.*
On the other hand, toxic chemical-based flea and insect treatments utilize water, or petroleum distillates, as a carrier for their active ingredients: most often Permethrins, or other formulations using primitive, nerve gas byproducts (nerve agents) commonly referred to as Pyrethroids.
Fleas, ticks, and bed bugs in North America have grown immune to chemical pesticide treatments used by local and national exterminators. However, there is essentially no mechanism by which an insect can develop resistance to a cedarwood oil formulation.* That is why insects exposed to the effects of Biting Bug Spray will sooner or later die, including the next three generational phases: eggs, larvae and pupae.*

BUZZ! 4 bugs does not neutralize an insect by poison. It works in the following manner:
(1) Osmotic Dehydration: BUZZ! 4 bugs leaches the insect’s body from moisture and acts to dehydrate.*
(2) Prevention of Breathing: BUZZ! 4 bugs irritates the insect’s respiratory system, especially those with high olfactory natures. The formulation causes an insect to avoid breathing, shutting down its respiratory system to avoid the extremely powerful irritants thus committing suicide.*
(3) Pheromone Interference: BUZZ! 4 bugs interrupts the insect’s octopamine neuro-receptors, crucial for neurotransmitter regulation of metabolism, movement, feeding, reproduction and behavior.*
(4) Dissolves Eggs, Larvae, Pupae: The BUZZ! 4 bugs formula erodes the exoskeleton of the eggs and larvae, thus exposing the inner delicate parts of the insect: Causes dehydration, and its demise.*
